CON-600BC傳送式檢針機
Conveyor belt needle detector
主要特點：
當傳感器捕捉到斷針，大頭針或直徑為一毫米的針尖時，傳送帶就會停止傳送，且蜂鳴器會發(fā)出報警。在斷針處指示燈會閃亮，這樣你就很容易的找到針尖。在整件衣服檢驗軏畢后，傳送帶會將衣服送回到你手里。
計數(shù)器能記錄留有各類針物的衣服數(shù)量。
Features:
When the transducer catch the broken needle, pin, or 1mm-diameter needle-tip the conveyor belt wil halt and the buzzer send out a warning. The indicatorlight words where lie the broken needles, thus you can easily find the needle-tip. After the full inspection of the clothes, the conveyor belt will send the clothes back to you.
And the counter will record the number of the clothes.
選購件產品導向器：
要使比較厚的產品能在檢查部平整的通過，就要使用產品導向器。
注：衣服上有裝飾器時，請使用檢針機對策品。在工廠選購件中能設定檢查，高度7cm（檢查靈敏度鐵球Φ1mm以上），13cm,15cm,(鐵球Φ1.2mm),18cm(鐵球Φ 1.5mm)以上
