特點：
1.該機設計理念源自宏基KV-268+高精度自動左右偏電腦挖棉機的設計原理。為更好地貼近人性化操作，提高操作安全性，該機在數碼控制方面采用中文人機界面，易學易操作，讓客戶真正地體驗到自動設定帶來的快捷與經濟。
2.整機運行采用步進電機送刀取代液壓送刀，既保留了液壓送刀所具備得高強度穩定性等優點，同時又摒棄了液壓系統使用壽命周期帶來的維護問題。挖棉厚度可在8mm—35mm之間隨意調節。
3.該機配置了中文人機界面，顯示屏能直接反映機器的當前狀況，操作人員不僅可以通過界面上的按鈕直接對機器進行相關數據的設置，而且可以對送刀形狀及刀速實現數碼設計，使人機操作更為貼切。

Character of machine:
Equipped with servo motor to control knife's revolving speed, It is suitable for cut most of different density foam materials.
Usage of machine:
It is used to cut foam block to be round shell or primary foam cup and then put to molding machine to mold a foam cup with smooth curve.
Features:
(1) The design principle is based on the original model KV-268+. To put close to the humanization operation and improve the safety, this machine adopts the Chinese man-machine interface design in numeral control, which is easy to learn and operate. And it let the customers really experience the quick and economical efficiency brought by automatic setting.
(2) The working of this machine adopts the step motor to deliver the cutter instead of hydraulic pressure, which not only remains the high intensity and stability, but also gets rid of the maintenance questions brought by the life cycle of the hydraulic pressure system. The thickness of foam cutting can be adjusted at will between 8mm and 35mm.
(3) Equipped with touch screen interface, which directly shows the current state of the machine. The operator can directly set the relevant data in the touch screen and can achieve the numerical control for the cutter shape and speed, which makes the operation more convenient.
